Journal Prompt

Friendliness means being kind, welcoming, and open to others. Write about a time when you showed friendliness to someone.

Learning Extension

As a family, play “I spy…” where everyone tries to identify different virtues in action. These acts of virtue can be found within your own family and community as well as the books you’ll be reading together throughout the year.
