What ages is this designed for?

The Australia & Oceania Unit Study works well for elementary-aged learners while providing plenty of opportunities to extend learning for older students. Families teaching multiple ages together can easily adapt discussions and activities as needed.

Do I need every recommended book?

No. The suggested books enrich the Global Explorers experience, but families are encouraged to use what is available through their local library or home collection.

How long does each country study take?

That depends on your family. Some families spend one week in each country, while others prefer two or three weeks. There is no required schedule.

Is this curriculum secular?

Yes. The Global Explorers Club is a secular curriculum that integrates geography, culture, literature and language arts, history, and the creative arts through an inclusive approach.
